Many awards given out to Korean Actors and Actresses at The Blue Dragon Film Awards (celebrating its 30th year), but the most coveted unofficial award with all great award shows, whether in Korea or not always goes to the best dressed woman and in this case sexiest dressed coming down the red carpet.
