Korea does have some of the best plastic surgeons in Asia. I guess that is why so many other Asians from China, Japan, Taiwan are coming here for plastic surgery holidays. This is a huge industry worldwide, but somehow it seems so much more “in your face” (ouch..bad pun) here in Korea, especially if you live or hangout in certain areas in Korea.
If you had the money and time to get some work done would you? It’s easy to say a quick “No way! Not me! That is crazy.” However, I’m not so sure. Actually I think I am as I’ve seen some bandaged up Korean girls and guys coming out of the aesthetic clinics here in Korea and they don’t really look to be having much fun and are definitely in pain. Not only that, but getting Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) or double eye-lid surgery which is a very common procedure in Korea will cost anywhere from U$800 to U$1,200 and breast augmentation easily over 5,000,000 won or around U$5,000. This girl thought she needed it even though she was already an elite model in Korea.
Well, who are we to judge those you want to go through the pain and expense to look and feel better even if it is only skin deep. Right?

… Like I said, some of them look different but a lot of them look exactly the same. Is it just me? Or are you just randomly accusing people of getting plastic surgery even when they did not? Ha Ji Won, the middle girl in the picture with 3 before and afters, the korean eyelid guy, it doesn’t look like they have had any work done! And in “Jisung Korean actor,” are they even the same person?!
Well, the changes can be quite subtle for some and others more obvious so tough to tell.
