Below are some Korean actors before and after plastic surgery pictures for you to take a look at. Oh, sorry to disappoint, but most of your favorite K-pop singers and actors have had some kind of plastic surgery. Actually, after a day walking around Apgujung or Kangnam you may start to think that all Korean girls get plastic surgery. Terribly to say that, but seriously so many cute Korean girls are starting to look more and more alike.
There are a lot of natural cute Korean girls who don’t need any work at all, but are influenced by pictures of K-pop singers and actors who have impossibly big eyes, breasts and oddly western looking faces. Not just Korean girls, but Korean guys too! are getting work done. Naturally when you want to look like your favorite Korean actor or singer who has plastic surgery there really is only way to achieve that big-eyed, small face, “high” noise (as they say in Korean) which is that more prominent bridge, basically looking more “Western” you could say.
Some of the Korean actors before and after plastic surgery pictures aren’t so shockingly different but certainly they have had something done (쌍꺼풀 or eyelid surgery isn’t even consider plastic surgery here it is so common and most have had that done and Korea might be the best at it in Asia). Some K-pop stars deny having any work while others like don’t hide it at all, mainly because the change is so obvious. Going from a high school picture with small eyes and a square jaw to big eyes and a cute small V-line face in a year might tip the public off.
I have heard young Korean girls and guys say how getting your eyes made bigger and rounder here is not even considered plastic surgery and how many high school girls receive that as a graduation present!
Not sure where the pressure comes from, but seeing these Korean actresses and actors doesn’t help. You may be surprised, but it isn’t just these cute Korean girls wanting to get it done, but the mothers and fathers wanting them to be beautiful so they can get a good job, husband or wife. I’ve heard a Korean father say that he really wants his daughter to get plastic surgery, but she was scared that it would hurt. Really? Reshaping your jaw bone is painful
However, there will always be those who think that the pain and price upwards of 20,000,000 won (U$18,000) for a total face off is worth it and so the plastic surgeons in Korea even though there is a glut of them will still be rolling around in Mercedes and working nonstop to help all the Korean stars and regular folks become “beautiful”. More Korean actors before and after pics.<

Very interesting, seems like they want to erase their Mongol past.
although I find small slant eyes sexy.
The natural look is best, but I can understand the pressure some feel to look pretty and it isn’t just in Asia but the world over.
How so many South Koreans can afford 20,000,000 won (U$18,000) is beyond me
Well I’m sure a lot of Korean celebrities get plastic surgery but what the hell makes you use Jeon Ji hyun and Pak Hyo Shin, who obviously haven’t had surgery, as examples? They look exactly the same as in their before and after pictures!
yeah its true Asia is very influenced by western culture its sad that some people in Asia can’t accept what they look like and be proud of it thankfully I’m proud of being Asian with my Asian nose and Asian eyes etc.
proud to be asian, a natural born filipino. no insecurities at all. no need to have plastic surgeries. very talented
