Koreans love their autobikes (오토바이 autobye). You see them everywhere. With so many of them and the smaller engines not require even a drivers licence you can see why it is a popular choice of transportation in Korea. That whole not require a license or any sort of training to drive one comes in below with those videos and pics.
It’s impossible not to take note of the scooters and motorcycles flying to and fro on the streets of Seoul and any city or town in Korea.

If you’ve been here about a year or so you’ll likely have had a close call with one and probably seen an accident involving these wonderfully dangerous mopeds. Not a shocking claim once you see how wild these guys will drive these things, not just on the road, but sidewalks too!

Yes, so don’t surprised to have a chicken delivery guy fly by you on your leisurely stroll around your Korean town.
These guys total beef and you know they just tried to show off, but came up looking like jackasses. Ha!
It’s often those young high school boys who think they are industructable who have some serious accidents. That one above is a bit funny, but loosing a limb or even dying is a real danger as these guys rarely wear helmets. Even the delivery guys often fly about carrying their delivery boxes and keep only one hand on the handlebars not like your expert quick service men in Korea.
Soju or just stupidity induced mishap with a nice Benz in Korea.

What could possibly go wrong?

Maybe we’d be safer if they made them switch to the mini autobikes:
I can’t even begin to explain this Frankenstein-esque scooter invention.

They take their tuning of cars and motorcycles pretty seriously here although this one is more of a throwback to the Korean war I think.

Comfort and looks this bike has it all
