Cat Speaking Korean

Is this cat speaking Korean? I think it takes a bit of imagination and perhaps soju to hear it. The subtitle saying, “Can you speak Korean?” (한국말은 할 줄 알아요? Hankook mal-eun hal jul ara-yo?) does help you to hear it, but I think the owner of this cat may need to get out a bit more. If you want to learn Korean for free then see these videos.
