The CGV in Myeong-Dong is on the 8th floor of the Avatar Building and you can easily get to it from either Euljiro Station or Myeong Dong station (check map). Like all CGVs this one is super swank as far as Korean movie theatres go. Sure, it isn’t as big as some of the huge CGVs, but it does have a nice interior and being located right in Myeongdong means you can shop till you drop into one of their comfy chairs and check out the latest movies in Korea.
Actually the Avatar building does have stores on the 1st – 4th floors and food court on the 7th floor. If you want to wet your whistle with a Hite or Cass then head down to B2 where you can find a pub and a bar.
